Depending on how your NEC SL1100 is programmed the Night Greeting can either be an instruction mailbox or a personal mailbox. If your night greeting has a single digit menu (options to press 1, press 2, etc.) then it is most likely set up as an instruction mailbox and these instructions for recording your greeting should work. If you need additional help or would like us to upload a professional greeting to your NEC SL1100 please contact us.
If you are not sure that your phone system model is an NEC SL1100 on the back of your phone there should be a model number and a part number. The NEC SL1100 uses phones with the following part numbers.
- ip4ww-24txh-b-tel (1100063) 24-Button Digital Phone
- ip4ww-12txh-b-tel (1100061) 12-Button Digital Phone
- ip4ww-24tixh-c-tel (1100161) 24-Button IP Phone
