Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

If, for any reason you return all or part of your equipment (within 30 days of your purchase) from TelephoneSystemsDirect.com you will be charged a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price Restocking fees are charged to offset actual costs of repackaging, restocking & administration incurred. Under no circumstances will credit be issued after the 30 day return period. An RMA form can be found here: RMA FORM.

All equipment returned to TelephoneSystemsDirect.com require an RMA number.

  • An RMA number will not be issued if the serial number of the defective product is not provided.
  • All products being returned for credit or replacement must be in the original manufacture carton/box and over-boxed in another carton for shipping.
  • All cartons must be in good resale condition. Do not write on boxes that are being sent back.
  • All returns must be complete and must include all system components/manuals. Items that arrive incomplete (no manuals, missing curly cords, handsets, not original box, etc) will be sent back to the customer upon receipt.
  • A restocking fee may be applied (but not limited) to all items returned for reasons other than product defect. All opened merchandise is subject to a restocking fee.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping charges for returned items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Defective Equipment Exchange

TelephoneSystemsDirect.com will replace defective equipment within 30 days from the date of your purchase. Upon receipt and inspection of your returned equipment a replacement will be shipped back to you. For faster processing a new order may be placed for the same item and paid in full. Upon receipt of your returned equipment full credit will be issued to your account (including shipping).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@telephonesystemsdirect.com and send your item to: Emergent, 10151 University Blvd #172, Orlando FL, 32817.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Emergent, 10151 University Blvd #172, Orlando FL, 32817.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
