The SL2100 ST500 Smart Phone Mobile Client App is  a SIP application that connects a supported smart device to the SL2100 over the customer’s WiFi network. Connection can also be made through a 4G/LTE network, but this should be used with caution, as the data plan of the associated cell phone will be utilized, and therefore a cost might be incurred.

Provides a user with SIP station features for: iPhone and iPad iOS 11.2.6 and higher/Android Phone and Android Tablet
v4.0.3 voice-only or v4.4 and higher for voice and video

Available at no charge from the associated App store, as NEC Univerge ST500.

The following functions are allowed:

  • Answer incoming calls to the associated SL2100 system directly from the smart phone
  • Make calls from the smart phone using the SL2100’s outside lines, masking your personal cell phone number
  • Use the smart phone through WiFi at the office, at home, or at a public hotspot
  • Hold, transfer, and conference calls within the SL2100
  • Mute the transmitter
  • Access the SL2100 voice mail from the smart phone
  • Access the smart phone’s contacts
  • Use the Video call feature if the other phone has video
  • Provides a call history (list of all incoming & outgoing calls)

SL2100 system requirements:
System software level must be R1.5 or higher.
Although the app is provided at no charge, each ST500 station uses an SL2100 IP station port, and therefore requires
(1) 1-Port 3rd-Party SIP Station License (BE116746).
The SL2100 system must be equipped with an appropriate amount of IP channels.
