This item has been replaced by the NEC SL2100 IP Self-Labeling Phone.
In order to use the SL2100 IP Self-Labeling phone the SL1100 must be at software version 7.2 or higher.
Instructions to determine software version
- Go to any phone press the Menu soft key.
- Dial 93 on the phone’s key pad.
- Press the Select soft key.
- The firmware version (Version), MAC address (MAC), and hardware key code (HKEY) will display for 5 seconds.
Technical support to upgrade to software version can be purchased for $80.00.
